Mazkur tezisda malaka oshirish jarayonida pedagoglarning raqamli kompetentligini elektron portfolio asosida rivojlantirishning metodik imkoniyatlari yoritilgan. Elektron portfolio tarkibiga raqamli resurslar, topshiriqlar, baholash mezonlari, hamkasblar taqrizi va refleksiv izohlarni kiritish orqali pedagogning kasbiy rivojlanishini kuzatish yondashuvi asoslangan. Shuningdek, TPACK, DigCompEdu va UNESCOning AKT kompetensiyalari doiralari asosida elektron modul yaratish, qayta aloqa, baholash va refleksiya jarayonlarini tashkil etish bo‘yicha metodik tavsiyalar bayon etilgan.Keywords
