This thesis analyzes the financing of green energy projects in Uzbekistan, the dynamics of investment attracted through public-private partnerships, and electricity transmission and distribution losses. Particular attention is paid to the role of private investment, differentiated lending, and project efficiency assessment mechanisms in financing green energy initiatives. The study also proposes approaches to identifying regional investment priorities and comprehensively assessing the economic, environmental, and social efficiency of financed projects.Keywords
