Mazkur tadqiqot PV/T havo kollektori bilan jihozlangan aralash quyosh quritgichida pomidorni quritish jarayonining issiqlik va massa almashinuvi qonuniyatlarini sonli usullar asosida o‘rganishga bag‘ishlangan. Pomidor bo‘lagidagi harorat va namlikning fazoviy-vaqt taqsimlanishini aniqlash uchun Fikning ikkinchi qonuni va issiqlik balansi asosida COMSOL Multiphysics 5.2 muhitida uch o‘lchamli matematik model ishlab chiqilgan. Natijalarga ko‘ra, 60, 50 va 40 ℃ haroratlarda yakuniy namlikka erishish vaqti mos ravishda 40, 45 va 73 soat, mahsulot qalinligini 33 mm dan 10 mm gacha kamaytirishda esa quritish davomiyligi 71 soatdan 23 soatgacha qisqargan. Havo tezligini 0,45 dan 1,75 m/s gacha oshirish quritish vaqtini 30 soatdan 21 soatgacha kamaytirgan bo‘lib, ishlab chiqilgan 3D model quritish jarayonidagi namlik va harorat taqsimlanishini baholash hamda jarayonni optimallashtirish imkonini bergan. Keywords
