Maqolada 2025-yilda foydalanishga topshirilgan uy-joy hajmi 2026-yilgi aholi ro‘yxatining dastlabki natijalari bilan solishtirilib, hududlar kesimida aholi jon boshiga uy-joy bilan ta’minlash indeksi hisoblangan. Hududlar o‘rtasidagi farq 8,3 barobarni tashkil etishi, uy-joy eng qimmat bo‘lgan Samarqand viloyatida esa yangi uy-joy eng kam qurilayotgani aniqlangan. PF-219-son Farmonda belgilangan qurilish sur’atlari uy-joy fondining maqsadli o‘sishini to‘liq ta’minlamasligi ko‘rsatilgan. Natijalar asosida hududiy ehtiyojni baholash tizimi va “to‘rt ustunli” arzon va barqaror uy-joy modeli taklif etilgan. Keywords
