Ushbu mamlakatlarda innovatsion tadbirkorlikni davlat tomonidan qo‘llab-quvvatlash, startaplarni moliyalashtirish, texnologiyalar transferi va ilm-fan hamda biznes hamkorligi mexanizmlari yoritilgan.
