IMPROVING THE MECHANISM FOR EXPERT ASSESSMENT AND CERTIFICATION OF FOOD SAFETY BASED ON QUESTIONNAIRE SURVEYS

The article examines the importance of expert assessment conducted through consumer surveys in determining
the level of consumer awareness regarding food product certification and safety assurance. The study provides a
scientific basis for interpreting the significance of the survey results.
