METALLARGA MEXANIK ISHLOV BERISH JARAYONLARINI KOMPYUTER MODELLASHTIRISH ASOSIDA OPTIMALLASHTIRISH VA SAMARADORLIGINI OSHIRISH

Abstract

Ushbu tezisda metallarga mexanik ishlov berish jarayonlarida kompyuter modellashtirishning o‘rni va samaradorligi
tahlil qilingan. Kompyuter modellashtirish yordamida texnologik jarayonlarni oldindan baholash, kesish parametrlarini
optimallashtirish, asbob va detal o‘rtasidagi o‘zaro ta’sirni aniqlash hamda ehtimoliy nuqsonlarni prognozlash
imkoniyatlari yoritilgan. Shuningdek, sonli modellashtirish, chekli elementlar usuli va CAD/CAM tizimlarining mahsulot
sifati hamda ishlab chiqarish samaradorligini oshirishdagi ahamiyati ko‘rib chiqilgan. Tadqiqot natijalari ushbu texnologiyalar
xarajatlarni kamaytirish, tajriba sinovlari sonini qisqartirish va tayyor mahsulot sifatini yaxshilashga xizmat qilishini
ko‘rsatadi.
