Ushbu tezisda innovatsion rivojlanish sharoitida mehnat resurslarining o‘rni va ahamiyati tadqiq etiladi.
Tadqiqotning maqsadi mehnat resurslarining innovatsion jarayonlardagi rolini tahlil qilish hamda O‘zbekiston sharoitida
ularning samaradorligini oshirish mexanizmlarini ishlab chiqishdan iborat. Xorijiy tajriba asosida amaliy tavsiyalar ishlab
chiqilgan.
