Abstract

Ushbu maqolada oliy ta’lim muassasalarini strategik boshqarishda raqamli transformatsiyaning zamonaviy
yondashuvlari — sun’iy intellekt (AI), Big Data, Learning Analytics va Data-driven Governancening roli, imkoniyatlari
hamda amaliy jihatlari kompleks tarzda tahlil qilinadi. Tadqiqot metodologiyasi qiyosiy tahlil, tizimli tahlil, kontent-tahlil
va xalqaro benchmarking usullarini o‘z ichiga oladi. Maqolada an’anaviy boshqaruv modellari bilan ma’lumotlarga asoslangan
boshqaruv tizimlari qiyosiy tahlil qilinib, AI, Big Data va Learning Analytics texnologiyalarining strategik afzalliklari
yoritilgan. Shuningdek, O‘zbekistonda amalga oshirilayotgan raqamli islohotlar hamda ularning oliy ta’lim tizimiga
ta’siri alohida ko‘rib chiqilgan. Maqola yakunida O‘zbekiston oliy ta’lim muassasalarida raqamli transformatsiyani samarali
amalga oshirish bo‘yicha ilmiy asoslangan tavsiyalar ishlab chiqilgan
