KATTA HAJMDAGI MA’LUMOTLARNI REAL VAQT REJIMIDA VIZUALIZATSIYA QILISH UCHUN ADAPTIVE M4 GEOMETRIK-PERSEPTUAL AGREGATSIYA ALGORITMI

Maqolada katta hajmdagi (big data) vaqt qatorlarini cheklangan piksel o‘lchamli ekranda real vaqt rejimida
vizualizatsiya qilishda yuzaga keladigan geometrik soddalashtirish (curve simplification) masalasi qaraladi. Mavjud agregatsiya
algoritmlari (MinMax, M4, LTTB va boshqalar) tahlil qilinib, ularning anomaliya va trend o‘zgarish nuqtalarini yo‘qotish
kamchiligi aniqlanadi. Klassik M4 rasterizatsiya algoritmini oltita geometrik-perseptual xususiyat bilan kengaytiruvchi
va ularni yagona kompozit muhimlik formulasida birlashtiruvchi AdaptiveM4 algoritmi taklif etiladi. Algoritm chiziqli O(n)
hisoblash murakkabligini saqlagan holda anomal nuqtalarni saqlash ko‘rsatkichini 60% dan 95% gacha oshiradi. Geometrik
(Fréchet, Hausdorff masofalari, yuza farqi) va perseptual (SSIM) metrikalar yordamida algoritm sifati baholandi
