Abstract

Mazkur maqolada raqamli transformatsiya sharoitida mehmonxona xizmatlarini avtomatlashtirishning iqtisodiy
afzalliklari tahlil qilinadi. Tadqiqot davomida mehmonxonalarda qo‘llanilayotgan zamonaviy axborot texnologiyalari,
jumladan, Property Management System (PMS), Customer Relationship Management (CRM), onlayn bronlash platformalari
va smart-room texnologiyalarining iqtisodiy samaradorlikka ta’siri o‘rganildi. Tadqiqot natijalari xizmat ko‘rsatish xarajatlarining
qisqarishi, mehnat unumdorligining oshishi, mijozlar qoniqishining ortishi hamda daromadlarning ko‘payishini
ko‘rsatdi. Shuningdek, avtomatlashtirish mehmonxonalarning raqobatbardoshligini kuchaytiruvchi muhim omil sifatida
baholandi.
