Ushbu maqolada milliy kadrlar zaxirasini shakllantirishning ilg‘or xorij tajribasi tahlil qilingan. Rivojlangan
davlatlarda kadrlar zaxirasini boshqarishning institutsional mexanizmlari, ochiq tanlovlar, meritokratiya tamoyillari va raqamli
platformalardan foydalanish amaliyoti o‘rganilgan. Shuningdek, kadrlar salohiyatini baholash, istiqbolli rahbarlarni
aniqlash va ularni maqsadli tayyorlash usullariga alohida e’tibor qaratilgan. Xorij tajribasida ta’lim, amaliyot va baholash
tizimining o‘zaro integratsiyasi muhim omil sifatida ko‘rsatilgan.
