Ushbu maqolada sanoat korxonalariga xorijiy to‘g‘ridan-to‘g‘ri investitsiyalar (XTI) jalb etishda ilg‘or xorijiy
davlatlar — Singapur, Germaniya, Xitoy, Polsha va Angliya — qo‘llayotgan strategiyalar hamda siyosat instrumentlari
tizimli tahlil qilinadi. Tadqiqotda 2010–2024-yillar davomida ushbu mamlakatlarning XTI jalb etish hajmi, huquqiy-me’yoriy
bazasi, soliq imtiyozlari tizimi, maxsus iqtisodiy zonalar (MEZ) modellari va davlat-xususiy sheriklik mexanizmlari qiyosiy
o‘rganilib, O‘zbekiston sanoatiga eng mos keluvchi strategik yondashuvlar aniqlanadi. UNCTAD ma’lumotlariga ko‘ra,
2023-yilda global XTI hajmi 1,37 trillion AQSh dollarini tashkil etgan bo‘lsa-da, rivojlanayotgan davlatlar ushbu kapitalning
29 foizini jalb etgan. Tadqiqot natijalariga ko‘ra, barqaror huquqiy muhit, raqobatbardosh soliq rejimi va me’yoriy-huquqiy
islohotlar XTI jalb etishda hal qiluvchi omil bo‘lib, O‘zbekiston uchun ushbu tajribalardan samarali foydalanish imkoniyatlari
katta.
