Ushbu maqolada zamonaviy turizm sanoatini rivojlantirishda sun’iy intellekt (SI) texnologiyalaridan foydalanishning
asosiy usullari va istiqbollari tadqiq etiladi. Unda turizm xizmatlarini personallashtirish, aqlli sayohat yordamchilari,
ya’ni chat-botlardan foydalanish, narxlarni dinamik optimallashtirish hamda katta hajmdagi ma’lumotlarni (Big Data)
tahlil qilish orqali mijozlar ehtiyojlarini oldindan prognozlash masalalari yoritilgan. Shuningdek, SI texnologiyalarining turistik
kompaniyalar faoliyati samaradorligini oshirish va sayohatchilar tajribasini yaxshilashdagi o‘rni ilmiy jihatdan asoslab
berilgan. Tadqiqot natijalari turizm sohasida raqamli transformatsiyani jadallashtirish bo‘yicha amaliy tavsiyalar ishlab
chiqishga qaratilgan.
