Abstract

Ushbu maqolada O‘zbekiston suv ta’minoti tizimlarida infratuzilma aktivlarini hayot sikli bo‘yicha boshqarishning
zamonaviy metodologiyasi ko‘rib chiqilgan. Tadqiqotda suv quvurlari, nasos stansiyalari va tozalash inshootlarining
texnik holatini baholash modellari tahlil qilingan hamda ularning eskirish darajasini aniqlashga mo‘ljallangan
ilmiy yondashuvlar o‘rganilgan. Mamlakatimizda suv yo‘qotish koeffitsienti 35–45% ni tashkil etishi, bu sohada aktivlarni
samarali boshqarish zaruratini belgilaydi. Maqolada LCCA (Life Cycle Cost Analysis) metodologiyasi asosida investitsiya
prioritetlarini belgilash mexanizmi taklif etilgan. Olingan natijalar shuni ko‘rsatadiki, reaktiv texnik xizmat ko‘rsatishdan
proaktiv yondashuvga o‘tish suv ta’minoti tizimlarida uzoq muddatli xarajatlarni 40–57% ga kamaytirish va suv yo‘qotish
darajasini ikki barobarga qisqartirish imkonini beradi
