Abstract

In this article, we explore the challenges and opportunities for improving effective teaching
methods and techniques for effective education and sports in higher education institutions. With
the development of the educational landscape, including modern teaching methods, technological
tools and student-centered approaches become programs to improve the quality and effectiveness
of physical education. As a result, the effect plays the role of a digital platform, interactive teaching
methods and competency-based education in promoting students' active processing, development
skills and long-term interest in sports.
