Abstract

O‘zbekistonda ta’lim xizmatlari eksportini rivojlantirishga ta’sir etuvchi omillar SWOT-tahlil va omilli tahlil
(factor analysis) usullari asosida kompleks baholangan. Tadqiqotda ekspert baholash usuli, og‘irlikli ballar usuli (IFAS/
EFAS) hamda asosiy komponentlar tahlili qo‘llanilgan. Natijalar ta’lim xizmatlari eksportiga ta’sir ko‘rsatuvchi o‘nta asosiy
omil mavjudligini hamda ularning institutsional-sifat, bozor-resurs va tartibga soluvchi omillar kabi uchta yirik komponentga
birlashishini ko‘rsatdi. SWOT strategik holat diagrammasi mamlakat ta’lim xizmatlari eksportini rivojlantirishda
agressiv (SO) strategiyani qo‘llash maqsadga muvofiqligini tasdiqlaydi. Olingan natijalar ta’lim eksporti siyosatini strategik
rejalashtirish va boshqarish uchun ilmiy-amaliy asos bo‘lib xizmat qiladi.
