Mazkur maqolada temir yo‘l avtomatika va telemexanika tizimlarida keng qo‘llaniladigan NMSH turidagi
relelarning texnik tavsiflarini tekshirish uchun mo‘ljallangan stendni ishlab chiqish masalalari yoritilgan bo‘lib, unda
an’anaviy stendlarning kamchiliklari — o‘lchash aniqligining pastligi, katta gabarit o‘lchamlar, raqamli texnologiyalar bilan
integratsiya qilinmasligi va inson omilining yuqori ta’siri tahlil qilindi. Shu asosda ishlab chiqilgan NMSH turidagi relelarning
texnik tavsiflarini tekshiruvchi stendning sxemalari va dasturiy ta’minoti PROTEUS ilovasida simulyatsiya qilindi. Ishlab
chiqilgan stend relelarning texnik holatini tezkor va aniq baholash, diagnostika jarayonlarini avtomatlashtirish hamda
inson omili ta’sirini kamaytirish imkoniyatini asoslab berdi. Taklif etilgan yechim temir yo‘l avtomatika va telemexanika
tizimlarining ishonchliligini oshirish va texnik xizmat ko‘rsatish samaradorligini yaxshilashga xizmat qiladi
