Abstract

This thesis examines the institutional features of state regulation of product quality management in Uzbekistan. It analyzes
the role of state bodies, authorized agencies, technical regulation institutions, conformity assessment bodies, testing laboratories,
research institutions, business associations, and consumer organizations in ensuring product quality. The study highlights the importance
of strengthening institutional coordination, developing regional quality control laboratories, improving human resource capacity,
expanding technical and financial support mechanisms, and promoting a quality culture among consumers and producers
