Abstract

Ushbu maqolada Singapur oliy ta’limini moliyalashtirish tizimining asosiy modellari, mexanizmlari va
strategik yo‘nalishlari tahlil qilinadi. Singapur tajribasining o‘ziga xos xususiyati — davlat tomonidan kuchli moliyaviy
qo‘llab-quvvatlash, fuqarolarning ta’lim olishiga yo‘naltirilgan jamg‘arma mexanizmlari (PSEA), universitetlarning endowment
jamg‘armalari, shuningdek, “Global Schoolhouse” strategiyasi doirasidagi xalqaro talabalarni jalb qilish siyosatidir.
Maqolada moliyalashtirishning diversifikatsiyalashgan modeli, davlat-xususiy sheriklik mexanizmlari va natijaga asoslangan
moliyalashtirish elementlari batafsil yoritilgan. Shuningdek, Singapur tajribasini O‘zbekiston sharoitida qo‘llash
imkoniyatlari va cheklovlari muhokama qilinadi.
