“O‘ZBEKISTON GTL” MAHSULOTLARNINING FIZIK-KIMYOVIY XOSSALARI VA ULARNI KOMPOUDIRLASH ASOSIDA EKOLOGIK TOZA YOQILG‘ILAR OLISH ISTIQBOLLARI

Mazkur maqolada “O‘zbekiston GTL” zavodida ishlab chiqarilgan sintetik dizel yoqilg‘isini an’anaviy EURO
K4 dizel yoqilg‘isi bilan turli nisbatlarda (50–60 %) kompaundlash natijasida olingan aralash yoqilg‘ilarning fizik-kimyoviy
va ekspluatatsion xossalari o‘rganildi. Tadqiqotlar natijasida aralash yoqilg‘ilarda setan soni 62–63 birlikni tashkil etishi,
setan indeksi esa 59,5–60,0 oralig‘ida bo‘lishi aniqlandi. Zichlik 791,2–796,1 kg/m³, kinematik viskozite 40 °C da 3,27–
3,33 mm²/s diapazonda o‘zgargani kuzatildi. Chegaraviy filtrlanish harorati –10…–11 °C ni tashkil etib, sintetik komponent
qo‘shilishi past harorat xossalarining yaxshilanishiga olib kelgani qayd etildi. Oltingugurt miqdori 9,4–17,2 mg/kg oralig‘ida
bo‘lib, ekologik talablar darajasida saqlangan. Yonish harorati 71–75 °C, moylovchanlik bo‘yicha eskirish diametri 450–
460 mkm hamda oksidlanish barqarorligi bo‘yicha cho‘kma miqdori 3,3–3,7 g/m³ ni tashkil etdi. Olingan natijalar sintetik
GTL komponentlarini neft dizel fraksiyalari bilan ilmiy asoslangan kompaundlash orqali ekologik toza va yuqori samaradorlikka
ega motor yoqilg‘ilarini olish mumkinligini ko‘rsatdi.
