Abstract

Biznes jarayonlarini monitoring qilish tizimining hozirgi holati, uning raqamli iqtisodiyot sharoitidagi iqtisodiy
mohiyati va amaliy ahamiyati tahlil qilinadi. Tadqiqot natijalari shuni ko‘rsatadiki, zamonaviy tashkilotlarda monitoring
tizimlari to‘liq raqamli, avtomatlashtirilgan va ma’lumotlarga asoslangan boshqaruv muhitiga o‘tmoqda. Sun’iy intellekt,
mashinaviy o‘rganish, katta ma’lumotlar (Big Data) tahlili, IoT va bulutli texnologiyalarning joriy etilishi orqali biznes jarayonlarini
real vaqt rejimida kuzatish, baholash va optimallashtirish imkoniyati kengaymoqda. Bu esa operatsion samaradorlikni
oshirish, risklarni kamaytirish, resurslardan oqilona foydalanish va boshqaruv qarorlarini yanada asosli qabul qilishga
xizmat qiladi.
Monitoring tizimlari tashkilotlarda shaffoflikni oshirish, ichki nazoratni kuchaytirish va raqobatbardoshlikni mustahkamlashda
muhim rol o‘ynaydi. Tadqiqotda shuningdek, ma’lumotlar sifati, tizimlararo integratsiya muammolari, malakali
kadrlar yetishmasligi hamda kiberxavfsizlik tahdidlari kabi mavjud muammolar ham yoritilgan. Umuman olganda, biznes
jarayonlarini monitoring qilish tizimlari raqamli iqtisodiyot sharoitida barqaror rivojlanish va innovatsion boshqaruvni
ta’minlovchi muhim omil hisoblanadi.
