Аннотация

Mazkur maqola mintaqaviy innovatsion tizim (MIT) sharoitida oziq-ovqat sanoati korxonalarining
innovatsion salohiyatini samarali boshqarish mexanizmlarini konseptual va mantiqiy modellashtirishga bag‘ishlangan.
Tadqiqotning asosiy maqsadi – oziq-ovqat sanoati korxonalarida innovatsion faoliyatni cheklovchi va rag‘batlantiruvchi
omillarni mintaqaviy darajadagi institutsional, infratuzilmaviy hamda tarmoqaro o‘zaro ta’sirlar kontekstida tizimli asosda
ochib berishdan iborat. Maqolada innovatsion salohiyat tushunchasi resurslar (inson kapitali, moliyaviy va texnologik
resurslar), jarayonlar (ilmiy-tadqiqot va tajriba-konstruktorlik ishlari, texnologik transfer, kooperatsiya) hamda natijalar
(yangi mahsulotlar, jarayon innovatsiyalari, raqobatbardoshlik) majmuasi sifatida talqin qilinadi. MIT doirasida davlat,
ilmiy muassasalar, biznes va innovatsion infratuzilma subyektlari o‘rtasidagi o‘zaro bog‘liqlik innovatsion salohiyatni
boshqarish mexanizmlarining samaradorligini belgilovchi asosiy omil sifatida asoslanadi. Taklif etilayotgan model “kirish–
jarayon–chiqish–orqaga aloqa” mantiqiga asoslanib, boshqaruv qarorlarini qabul qilishda tizimli yondashuvni ta’minlaydi.
Tadqiqot natijalari mintaqaviy sanoat siyosatini takomillashtirish, oziq-ovqat sanoati korxonalarida innovatsion rivojlanishni
jadallashtirish va MIT doirasida muvofiqlashtirilgan boshqaruv mexanizmlarini shakllantirish uchun nazariy va amaliy
ahamiyatga ega.
