Abstract

This study examines the impact of digital economy technologies on regional production, the service sector,
and employment. The research analyzes key directions of digital transformation, including the adoption of information
and communication technologies, digital platforms, and e-government services. Special attention is given to regional
disparities and sector-specific effects. The findings reveal that digitalization enhances productivity, stimulates service
sector growth, and creates new employment opportunities, while also posing challenges such as skill gaps and unequal
access. The paper provides recommendations for improving digital transformation at the regional level
