Ushbu maqolada respublikamizdagi yirik aksiyadorlik jamiyatlarida “xalqchil IPO” (Initial Public Offering)
mexanizmini joriy etish va rivojlantirish istiqbollari tahlil qilinadi. Tadqiqotning maqsadi keng aholi qatlamlarini kapital
bozoriga jalb etish orqali korporativ boshqaruvni takomillashtirish, investitsion jozibadorlikni oshirish hamda moliyaviy
inklyuziyani kengaytirish imkoniyatlarini baholashdan iborat.
Maqolada IMRAD metodologiyasi asosida xalqaro tajriba, milliy qonunchilik va mavjud infratuzilma kompleks tahlil
qilinadi. Tadqiqot natijalari shuni ko‘rsatadiki, “xalqchil IPO”ni samarali amalga oshirish uchun raqamli platformalarni
rivojlantirish, investorlar moliyaviy savodxonligini oshirish hamda tartibga solish mexanizmlarini takomillashtirish zarur.
Tadqiqot yakunida amaliy tavsiyalar ishlab chiqilgan bo‘lib, ular kapital bozorining barqaror rivojlanishiga xizmat qiladi
