Masofaviy bank xizmatlari (MBX) so‘nggi yillarda global moliyaviy tizimning muhim tarkibiy qismiga aylanib,
bank xizmatlarini ko‘rsatish jarayonida raqamli texnologiyalardan foydalanish darajasini sezilarli darajada oshirdi. Mazkur
tadqiqotda 2020–2026-yillar davomida masofaviy bank xizmatlarining rivojlanish tendensiyalari, ularning nazariy asoslari
hamda ilg‘or xorijiy tajribalar qiyosiy tahlil asosida o‘rganildi. Tadqiqot jarayonida texnologiyani qabul qilish modeli (TAM),
moliyaviy inklyuzivlik nazariyasi, innovatsiyalar diffuziyasi konsepsiyasi hamda Basel III doirasidagi moliyaviy barqarorlik
tamoyillari metodologik asos sifatida qo‘llanildi.
Maqolada AQSh, Xitoy, Hindiston, Janubiy Koreya, Singapur va Buyuk Britaniya kabi davlatlarning masofaviy
bank xizmatlari sohasidagi tajribasi tahlil qilinib, ularning rivojlanish omillari hamda raqamli moliyaviy infratuzilmani
shakllantirishdagi institutsional mexanizmlari yoritildi. Tadqiqot natijalari shuni ko‘rsatadiki, O‘zbekistonda masofaviy bank
xizmatlari jadal rivojlanayotgan bo‘lsa-da, moliyaviy inklyuzivlik darajasi, raqamli infratuzilmaning rivoji hamda fintech
ekotizimi bo‘yicha hali ham muayyan muammolar mavjud
