Mazkur maqolada jahon miqyosida konteynerli tashuvlarning rivojlanish tendensiyalari va ularning hozirgi
holati tahlil qilinadi. Tadqiqot jarayonida sohadagi mavjud imkoniyatlar, rivojlanish omillari hamda mavjud muammolar
aniqlanib, ularni samarali hal etishga qaratilgan ilmiy asoslangan takliflar ishlab chiqilgan. Transport turlari kesimida
konteynerlashtirish ulushi tahlil qilinib, SWOT tahlil asosida sohaning kuchli va rivojlanish imkoniyatlari baholangan.
Shuningdek, konteynerlashtirish darajasini aniqlashga qaratilgan metodologiyani ishlab chiqishning dolzarbligi ilmiy
jihatdan asoslab berilgan.
Bundan tashqari, konteynerlashtirish uchun mos bo‘lgan yuk turlari aniqlanib, O‘zbekistonda konteyner tashishlarning
joriy holati hamda so‘nggi yillardagi o‘sish dinamikasi tahlil qilingan. Jahon tajribasi va global transport-logistika tizimidagi
zamonaviy o‘zgarishlar asosida mamlakatda konteynerlashtirish darajasini oshirishga qaratilgan ilmiy xulosalar va amaliy
takliflar ishlab chiqilgan.
