Mazkur maqolada dumkar tipidagi yuk vagonlarini yon tomonga yuk tushirish jarayonida yuzaga keladigan
ag‘darilish xavfini kamaytirishga qaratilgan takomillashtirilgan qurilma taklif etilgan. Qurilmaning asosiy elementlari –
ustun, stopper plitasi va gidravlik silindr bo‘lib, ularning o‘zaro ishlash prinsipi statik va dinamik yuklamalarni boshqarishga
qaratilgan. Hisoblashlar real dumkar vagoni parametrlariga asoslanib olib borilgan va qurilmaning samaradorligi
muhandislik yondashuvi asosida isbotlangan. Natijalar qurilmaning 1,14–1,3 MN gacha bo‘lgan konstruksion kuchga
mo‘ljallanishi zarurligini ko‘rsatdi. Shuningdek, gidravlik silindr diametri, ustun kesimi va stopper plitasining o‘lchamlari
aniqlangan. Qurilma yuk tushirish jarayonida vagonning barqarorligini ta’minlash, temir yo‘l transportida avariya xavfini
kamaytirish va tashish jarayonining ishonchliligini oshirishga xizmat qiladi.
