Mazkur maqolada to‘qimachilik sanoati korxonalarini rivojlantirishning tashkiliy-iqtisodiy mexanizmlarini
takomillashtirishning nazariy-uslubiy va amaliy jihatlari tahlil qilinadi. Tadqiqotda korxonalarning barqaror o‘sishini
ta’minlashda boshqaruv tizimi, resurslardan samarali foydalanish, ishlab chiqarish kooperatsiyasi, innovatsion
faoliyat, investitsion jozibadorlik hamda bozor infratuzilmasi bilan integratsiyaning o‘rni yoritilgan. Shuningdek,
to‘qimachilik korxonalarida qiymat zanjiri bo‘yicha boshqaruvni kuchaytirish, xarajatlarni optimallashtirish, mahsulot
raqobatbardoshligini oshirish va eksport salohiyatini kengaytirishga xizmat qiluvchi iqtisodiy vositalar tizimi asoslab
berilgan. Maqolada tashkiliy va iqtisodiy omillarning o‘zaro bog‘liqligi korxona samaradorligiga ta’siri nuqtai nazaridan
baholanib, strategik rejalashtirish, klaster yondashuvi, raqamli boshqaruv elementlari hamda natijadorlik ko‘rsatkichlari
asosida takomillashtirilgan mexanizm modeli taklif etilgan. Tadqiqot natijalari sanoat iqtisodiyoti yo‘nalishida korxona
rivojlanishini boshqarish bo‘yicha ilmiy-amaliy tavsiyalar ishlab chiqishda muhim metodik asos bo‘lib xizmat qiladi.
