Abstract

This article examines the transformation of personnel policies and human resource
strategies during crises, such as pandemics and economic downturns. By analyzing scholarly
works and case studies, it identifies effective HR practices, including flexible work arrangements,
transparent communication, and ethical downsizing. The findings emphasize the importance of
resilience and adaptability in HR tactics to ensure organizational sustainability during crises.
