Abstract

This article explores the development and analysis of a high-efficiency twin-screw
conveyor with belt-bearing supports. A mathematical model of the system was formulated
to investigate the vibration behavior of the shaft supported by screw belt elements. Numerical
solutions revealed critical vibration laws, and optimal parameter recommendations were proposed
to enhance conveyor performance and durability. The findings contribute to the advancement of
efficient and reliable conveyor technologies.
