Abstract

Ushbu maqolada smart soatlarning sog‘liqni nazorat qilishdagi o‘rni va ahamiyati tahlil qilingan. Tanlangan
smart soat modeli yurak urish chastotasi, qadamlar soni, qon kislorod darajasi (SpO₂), uyqu sifati va stress ko‘rsatkichlarini
yuqori aniqlik bilan qayd etishi bilan ajralib turadi. Tadqiqot natijalari ushbu modelning boshqa mashhur smart soatlarga
nisbatan ko‘plab afzalliklarga ega ekanligini ko‘rsatdi. Smart soatlar yordamida real vaqt rejimida sog‘liqni kuzatish
imkoniyati mavjud bo‘lib, bu ularni profilaktika va kundalik salomatlik monitoringida samarali vosita sifatida qo‘llashga
imkon beradi.
