Mazkur tadqiqotning maqsadi birlamchi o‘tkir bronxiolit epizodini boshdan kechirgan bolalarda katamnestik
kuzatuv natijalarini baholashdan iborat. Tadqiqot doirasida 1–12 oylik, birlamchi o‘tkir bronxiolit bilan kasallangan 85
nafar bolada 1,5–2 yil davomida prospektiv katamnestik kuzatuv olib borildi. Tug‘ma bronxopulmonal, yurak-qon tomir
va markaziy asab tizimi kasalliklariga ega bolalar tadqiqotdan chiqarib tashlandi. Kuzatuv natijalari shuni ko‘rsatdiki,
takroriy o‘tkir respirator kasalliklar nafaqat bronxoobstruktiv sindrom bilan kechuvchi holatlarda, balki yuqori nafas yo‘llari
kasalliklari — faringit, laringit, traxeitis va ularning kombinatsiyalarida ham kuzatilgan. Olingan natijalar o‘tkir bronxiolitdan
keyingi davrda bolalarni uzoq muddatli kuzatuvga olish muhimligini ko‘rsatadi.
