Maqolada natijaviylikka yo‘naltirilgan budjetlashtirish (NYB) tizimining nazariy asoslari va uni O‘zbekiston
moliya tizimiga tatbiq etish zarurati tahlil qilingan. Tadqiqotda NYB davlat resurslaridan samarali foydalanish va budjet
siyosatini natijadorlik tamoyillariga asoslash vositasi sifatida baholangan. Jahon tajribasi NYB tizimi fiskal intizom,
shaffoflik va javobgarlikni oshirishini ko‘rsatadi. O‘zbekiston sharoitida ushbu yondashuv moliya tizimini modernizatsiya
qilish va iqtisodiy boshqaruv samaradorligini kuchaytirishga xizmat qiladi
