Ushbu maqola O‘zbekiston raqamli iqtisodiyotida monopoliya va dominant mavqelarning shakllanish
xususiyatlari, mavjud tartibga solish mexanizmlarining samaradorligi hamda ularni takomillashtirish yo‘nalishlarini
o‘rganishga bag‘ishlangan. Raqamli bozorlarning an’anaviy bozorlardan farqli jihatlari, jumladan, tarmoq effektlari,
ma’lumotlar to‘planishi va platformalar iqtisodiyoti kontekstida monopoliyaga qarshi tartibga solishning zamonaviy
muammolari tahlil qilingan. Tadqiqot natijalari shuni ko‘rsatadiki, O‘zbekistonda raqamli bozorlarni tartibga solish
tizimi rivojlanish bosqichida bo‘lib, platformalar uchun maxsus tartibga solish rejimi, ex-ante nazorat mexanizmlari va
ma’lumotlar portativligi standartlarini joriy etish zarurati mavjud.
