O‘zbekiston Respublikasining raqamli transformatsiya jarayonida Uzinfocom agentligi davlat raqamli
loyihalarining asosiy ijrochisi sifatida ta’lim tizimi va iqtisodiy samaradorlikka katta hissa qo‘shmoqda. Ushbu maqola
Uzinfocomning “Raqamli O‘zbekiston – 2030” strategiyasi doirasidagi loyihalarini, xususan, ZiyoNET platformasi, “Bir
million dasturchi” dasturi, elektron ta’lim resurslari va yangi initsiativalarni (masalan, “Seeds for the Future 2024” hamda
UNICEFning raqamli ta’lim transformatsiyasi) batafsil tahlil qiladi. Tadqiqot empirik, statistik va tavsifiy usullarga asoslanib,
COVID-19 pandemiyasi davridan keyingi davrda raqamli ta’limning muammolari, foydalari va 2024–2025-yillarga oid
yangi natijalarni ko‘rib chiqadi. Natijalar shuni ko‘rsatadiki, Uzinfocom loyihalari ta’lim sifatini 30–40 % ga oshirish bilan
birga, iqtisodiyotda yangi ish o‘rinlari yaratish (1,2 million dasturchi tayyorlash orqali), raqamli eksportni rivojlantirish va
YaIM o‘sishiga 5,9 % hissa qo‘shish orqali 95 % gacha internet qamrovini ta’minlaydi. Maqolada raqamli infratuzilma,
malaka oshirish va AI texnologiyalarining iqtisodiy samaradorligini baholashda regressiya modellari va SWOT tahlilidan
foydalaniladi. Tadqiqot natijalari davlat siyosatini takomillashtirish, gender tengligini ta’minlash va xalqaro hamkorlikni
kuchaytirish bo‘yicha takliflar beradi hamda O‘zbekistonning global raqamli iqtisodiyotdagi o‘rnini mustahkamlashga
hissa qo‘shadi.
