##article.abstract##

This article examines opportunities for improving the structural framework of economic cooperation between
international financial institutions (IFIs) and the Republic of Uzbekistan. The study analyzes the role of IFIs in supporting
structural reforms, industrial modernization, innovation, venture financing, renewable energy, and social infrastructure
development. Special attention is given to the effective allocation of financial resources, technical assistance, and advisory
support in priority sectors of the national economy. The paper also explores international experience, particularly
the example of South Korea, in utilizing IFI resources for sustainable economic transformation. Based on comparative
analysis and institutional approaches, recommendations are developed to strengthen Uzbekistan’s cooperation with international
financial institutions and enhance the country’s long-term competitiveness and investment attractiveness
